Refund Policy & Warranty Policy

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). Other than as permitted by law, Sincoole does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including those that may arise from the nonconformity of a sales contract. Other distributors, suppliers, or resellers may provide their own warranties to you. If you don’t purchase from Sincoole directly, please contact them for further information.



Limited Lifetime Warranty Period

One-Year Limited Warranty

If any part of your device fails during your ownership due to defects in materials or workmanship, as solely determined by Sincoole, Sincoole will provide you with a free replacement.* The aforementioned limited warranty applies only to Sincoole's own products and does not cover products sold by Sincoole as an agent. Such electronic items are included in the one-year limited quality warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

Sincoole’s warranty does NOT apply to:

  1. Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes and such);
  2. Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
  3. Non-quality related issues;
  4. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
  5. Used for special applications other than normal consumer use;
  6. Lost/stolen/free/refunded product;
  7. Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
  8. Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.

Return Policy & Shipping Charges

We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from Sincoole.Net.

Please read the conditions below to understand how return and exchange shipping charges apply.



Return Conditions

1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective returns.

2. Defective Product

If a product is confirmed to be defective, Sincoole will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost.

3. Voluntary Returns (Non-Defective)

For voluntary returns — including change-of-mind, incorrect orders, or compatibility issues — Sincoole does not cover return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Sincoole is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.



Exchange Policy (Replacement Shipping Costs)

1. Defective / Damaged Product Exchange

If the product is confirmed defective or arrives damaged:

Sincoole will cover both the return shipping (pre-paid label) and the replacement shipping cost.

2. Voluntary Exchange (Non-Defective)

If the customer requests an exchange for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size or version ordered
  • Change-of-mind
  • Color or style preference

The customer is responsible for:

  1. The return shipping cost of the original item;
  2. The shipping cost of sending the replacement item.



Return Shipping Charges Summary

  • Customer pays for voluntary returns and voluntary exchanges.
  • Sincoole pays return shipping + replacement shipping only when the product is confirmed defective.
  • Trackable return shipping is strongly recommended. Sincoole is not responsible for lost or damaged return items.
